Hi, My name is Tuğçe
I’ve outgrown a lot of things. Places, people, versions of myself… even projects I once cared about like they were my whole identity. It’s weird when you realise you changed quietly, without announcing it.
One day I just told myself okay, McDonald’s is beloved by millions, but that doesn’t make it French cuisine and somehow that sentence stayed with me. I don’t know why. Maybe it reminded me that quality doesn’t need applause.
Anyway… I like writing. I like noticing things. I like turning experiences into tiny stories, especially the ones I lived alone on some random coastline with food from a supermarket and music that made everything feel cinematic.
I don’t really know what this place is turning into, to be honest. I just know it feels like mine. And I like writing things down before I forget who I was in that moment.
If you’re someone who keeps outgrowing your own life… you’ll probably get me.
This space is just that. Me, in the middle of my life, making sense of things while I’m still experiencing them.
